Horrible project quote of the day

it’s great that you got that script to work in the test environment for your project, but you do realize that this script will break site B in production because their site is coded differently.

When I first started here, there was a woman in my group who had a piece of paper taped to her desk. The paper had a circle on it and underneath the circle it said: hit head here. It’s no mystery why… people who sit right next to each other can’t be bothered to communicate or think about how what they are doing will affect anyone else, they just do whatever they want. Is it like this everywhere or is there something about my company culture that attracts the insane to work here?
